Mallard mortgages, we can not thank you enough for getting us our mortgage both been self employed we thought it would be a challenge not for Della, she smashed it in a fews days, listened to everything we needed and wanted, from start to finish of our whole house move Della or Janine would often check in on how’s things were going. I couldn’t recommend Mallard Mortgages highly enough! From the very beginning, Della was incredibly supportive—even before I was in a position to proceed with my mortgage application. She took the time to advise me, talk me through my options, and make sure I fully understood every step. Once I was ready to move forward, she was consistently available, proactive, and secured my mortgage offer really quickly. She also helped me arrange competitive pricing for my critical illness cover, which was a huge help and gave me real peace of mind. Afterwards, I was passed over to Janine as my case handler, and she has been just as fantastic. She helped me secure both contents and buildings insurance and has been brilliant at chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving smoothly. She made the whole process feel so simple and straightforward. Both Della and Janine have been friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout. Absolute 5* service from Mallard Mortgages. Myself and my partner have brought properties in the past and it was nothing but stressful. However, Sean made our whole property purchase so stress-free. Myself and my partner are Self-Employed, so we worried about how it would work for us, however no question was ever too much, it was just smooth sailing from start to finish. Can't praise Mallard enough, they were excellent for us! We struggled to get a mortgage with high street banks due to being business owners and after having a call with Troy, he sorted us one very quickly! Sean is a class act. Nothing was too much trouble and as first time buyers made our experience 10x better. Even went above and beyond to help us out, will be using him everytime from now on. We dealt with him for 8 months as we had houses fall through and no matter what time of day it was he’d get back to us in very quick fashion. Things you don’t see in today’s age.
